Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders take 5-7 business days to arrive via standard USPS shipping (tracking number included and emailed upon completion of order), possibly longer during holiday times.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information when you receive your order confirmation email.

Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout.

Please note that beyond the tracking information that is sent, we do not have additional insight into where the package is once it is sent to the post office. If your tracking information is showing as delivered, but you have not received your package, please first reach out to your local post office to see if it is being held there.

At the moment, we do not ship to international destinations, only to the 50 states. But we will definitely let you know when we do ship internationally! We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time we will ONLY accept returns on items that may be damaged or incorrect.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement. Items will not be eligible for replacement after 48 hours of delivery.

Damages caused by your local mailing service will not be covered by Pooka Bean and Co., LLC. In this instance, we ask that you contact your local mailing service to resolve the issue but please let us know and we will do what we can to assist you.
