  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    No, we do not offer wholesale pricing.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We do plan to expand our customer reach in the near future!
  • Do you customize bows, clothes or accessories?"
    No,we do not offer customizing services.
  • Do you offer local pick up?
    YES! We participate in various vendor shows weekly so contact us via email if you would like to pick up your order locally. We will let you know where the pick up location will be at that time. See you soon! Thank you for shopping with Pooka Bean and Co.!
  • Am I able to cancel my order?
    Our systems are designed to get your orders on the way as quickly as possible. Please review your order carefully before checking out. We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and Cash (Cash for local shopping only). We do not accept checks.
  • Can I use multiple credit cards / payment methods to pay for one order?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to accept multiple credit cards as payment on a single order.
